Now already more than 8 hours like this ..what is the problem.? is it updating ?

Hi
Please press power button until your phone switch off (around 10 seconds)  then try restart. If this not help you need flash your system to latest ROM.

I presume that there is some error/bug in system but I don't know is this happening during flashing in factory or in software it self.
