unacceptable camera quality can be fixed under nougat?

By using Nougat , is it possible that the quality of the camera will be improved ?

I don't know nothing about umi plus E android 7.0 so I can't tell you. But there is big possibilities that the pictures quality could be higher as you can compare Android 6.0 with 7.0 on umi plus.
