Hi all,
I keep having problems with the plus e restarting ramdomly? also sinice the new update its not fast charging

Does anyone know when Andriod 7.0 is coming out for the plus e?

Anyone else having these problems?

There is new update available through to FOTA and SPFT. Please update your phone to latest version firstly.
I would advice you to perform factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset)
If you are familiar with SPFT you should update system to latest ROM as you overwriting drivers and partitions which maybe have some error.

Please check preloader box as in tutorial is small mistake.

I got my phone this week and its done a few updates , I've also had the same issue of randomly restarting

But if you check link you will get access to latest firmware with V3.01_20161227 build date

Yes that's the one I've got , it hasn't restarted for a couple of days now so fingers crossed its now resolved!

Hi there i got my phone last week and after the first update my phone also lost its fast charge capability, however after updating it by an OTA again today it has now returned, I cannot find any trace of the OTA update to Android 7.0. Does anyone know when this OTA is going to be made available. Thank you

Confirm no fast charging here either. 1 hour to charge 20%

Please write software build number. Setting - about phone - build number.

I have updated to build E.V3.01_20161227 the random restarting has now stopped but the fast charging has not been fix?
