UMI Super Battery+Frozen Restart+Not Quick Charging.

Long story short my phone is just randomly shutting off and restarting itself but it get stuck on the android logo, I had to press and hold the power button for like 2 Minutes so it could fully restart. The battery problem occured in the last 2 days of me buying it I noticed the battery saying it has 1% as soon as it drops below 70% which is obnoxious to have happened at a consistant rate. Also The phone says it has Quick charge and yet here I am seeing the home screen saying it needs 6 HOURS To fully charge. I prefer to get a refund on this but my moms actually likes this phone so Im asking here on this forum for help on my situation. Or should get a refund? Btw I got my phone on amazon.

Please provide software number. Setting >about phone >build number.
If you don't have latest software please firstly update to latest software through to FOTA or from this link through to OTA or SPFT (of course SPFT is only for advanced users) http://community.umidigi.com/for ... eid%26typeid%3D168.
By my opinion you have problem with hardware.
Please check or swap your usb wire to check wire problem if you have another express pump quick charger please use, you can use normal 5V 1A charger too and estimated charging time should be around 4H. If is the same you have battery problem and please contact reseller.

I saw the same problem in mine and returned it for refund. It was fast charging @ 1 minute/% of charge. Example to charge 20% it took 20 minutes, to charge 50% it took 50 minutes etc.  But within a few days noticed that it takes several hours to charge.  To charge 50% it took 10 hours.  Decided to return it for refund even tho I had to pay for return postage that was approx 35% of the cost of the phone.
I was scared as to it may in future take 24+ hours to charge 50%.  Hence decided to return for refund.
