USB plug into PC - File Transfer (MTP) protocol unable to get a driver software

Hi,

I connected the Umi Plus, and the USB File Transfer (MTP) protocol was not able to search for a driver software in Windows 7.

Possible to see if there is any fixes for this?

\n\nCheck out the USB cable or change one.
Maybe you can use other software to detect your phone.
If you need to transfer file from the phone to pc or from pc to the phone, you can try professional data backup software, like Titanium Backup and airdroid, and I think  it can be easier with an android data transfer tool, you can save a lot of time to transfer or backup text messages, contacts, photos, and other media files like videos, music files.
