NO SOUND AT ALL

I brought this phone about "three months ago" on Ebay, at first I was lead to believe it had fingerprint lock, I then found out "IT does NOT" also no app on phone for GPS, that I did not mind, but the sound does not work at all, can not hear the phone ring in or out or talk to anyone on incoming calls, or out going calls, CAN NOT HEAR ANY SOUND AT ALL even music, I have loaded on before the sound stopped, have tried head phones this does no work, I connected the Ebay seller who tells me to factory reset, still "NO SOUND" email him? back Again, told he is ON holiaday I Believe this people works direct for UMI, I read on the Ebay page that this Item was under A years cover, DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS PHONE,  Or is it jest a waste of time and breath, I thought this phone was better than others on the market, but I think I'm wrong, if anyone know how to fix this rubbish please email me, what i hate is being sold lies and rubbish.

Hi,

If your phone can produce sound in no way, it's less probably the result of a hardware defection.
To rule out the possibility of an existing software error, I suggest you to flash your phone with SP Flash Tool, choosing the 'Firmware Upgrade' option in the flasher application. That process will completely rewrite the whole software content of your device. - You will lose your user data.

If that doesn't help, I suggest you to contact your reseller to (according to their warranty policy) make your phone repaired or replaced.
