Im buy on Presale (TOMTOP) my UMI PLUS , actually a have a UMI SUPER (awesome cellphone -- works great overall - only fails on many Banks apps), Im from PANAMA, and work on my UMI SUPER with 3G , because the most carriers works LTE B28 (700 APT)? , although the performance is excellent on 3G, there could be the possibility that the UMI PLUS on the future works with LTE B28 (700 APT)?
