The right one probably is a JTAG header and the left one is for a vibrator motor, which they have moved to the bottom...
But...   what test point do you want?
and what for?

Well, you could try it, but I don't think that sticking a wire to some unlabeled test point of which you don't know what it is doing, is a particularily great idea...
I wouldn't recommend pulling some test pad inside a still live phone to ground unless you REALLY know what you are doing...    I think that sending it back to the place you bought it from is a way better idea.
you may have to wait a week or two but then you'd have your phone back working again...
If you have bought it from ebay you should contact umi sales department but if even they said they couldn't do anything, then as an absolute last resort to get it to work again, you could try it...

But still, I wouldn't recommend it...

Oh, yeah, just found out, these pins are for a laser distance measuring unit...
I wouldn't screw around with that, if you don't want to completely wreck your phone...

Just measured, there's 2x 2.7V and 1x 1.5V coming out of some of these pins...
You'd short them out, if you'd stick a wire there...
