White Lines on Screen on Brand New Umi Super

I recently bought this phone and just after 2 days of usage,  the screen developed these weired thick White lines. Can someone please suggest how to resolve it.

Yes send it back to where you got it with copies of the photos of the phone that you took.

Dear users,

It looks to be a hardware error but to rule out the possibility of an existing software error, I suggest you to flash your phone with SP Flash Tool, choosing the 'Firmware Upgrade' option in the flasher application. That process will completely rewrite the whole software content of your device. - You will lose your user data.

\n\nMy UMI Super smartphone also has the same issue. Got it delivered 2 days ago, As soon as i switched ON the mobile the display has some white stripes/lines vertical lines.

I have clean installed the latest official ROM also, but no use same issue continues.

I have a similar problem. At random intervals white screens appear on the display. Sometimes also the whole screen goes black. After restart the screen is back to normal shortly. Maybe software, Did not have any issues until last update 20160708. Any suggestions? It has made the phone almost useless

I have this problem on my UMI PLUS. Do you know if it gets fixed if I buy a new display?

I have the same problem on umi diamond,and i found solution
Miravision is cousing problems with screen.go to miravision select user mode and play with coloure temperature and contrasr till u seen that lines are gone.
I hope i helped may the force be with u
