Super can't receive SMS messages

For the last two days my Super has only received about one in every ten SMS messages I am being sent. SMS is turned on in the SIM settings. I'm using a MicroSD with my sim in Slot 2.  
Has anyone else had this happen?

I got problems yesterday with many SMS not received on my super and my wife told me she had received receive notification from me although I did not receive her SMS.

Maybe the task cleaner is turned on for sms

Same with me, nothing obvious seems to be causing this.

Can confirm I missed a few MMS but not text. To be fair is I really noticed when I couldn't send a text out. I'm using Messenger instead of the default Messaging. I also have on Delivery Reports. So a reboot and I could send text again.

Consequently another bug is how the way to change SMS Default App is tucked away somewhere else in settings (Apps, *Gear, Default Apps, SMS Apps). If you open up any other SMS app b4 changing the default manually, they just force close.

Hi, same with my umi. started to do it 2 days ago. annoying.

I've tested it:
- putting the sim card to another phone will receive SMS, but not the ones those were sent before!! (so these messages are lost forever!!)
- if the UMi's screen is locked it won't receive SMS messages, while when unlocked it will

This is the 3rd serious issue I had with this device in less than 10 days.

Another observation:

- factory reset fixes this issue, so it must a SW bug

I am experiencing this if screen is locked as well, a serious issue.
