Hello,
I opened a ticket in the Spanish UMI site (http://umispain.es/soporte/tickets.php?id=3255), where I bought my phone, about the phone devolution, as it's not working properly and I'm not happy whith it.
I wrote the ticket in spanish and in english, but I'm not getting any reply.
I need to do the devolution as soon possible because I need my phone for my work.
