I heard the 4G singal is bad, is that true for UK and Europe users who use Band20 (800Mhz)?

Me. I am from czech rep (ostrava) and I never lose 4g connection so for me thumb up

Oh no! My whole basis on buying this phone was that it has great specs and covers the 800Mhz band. Are they working on a fix for it?

I don't think so. They have been made aware of this on the forum and I have contacted support. Very little has been offered here and no contact has been made via email.

It is so bad that I have contacted Tom top to ask for a return!

im on GiffGaff 4G and there is no problems here constant signal.
