Hello. I am recive my umi 6-7 days ago.

First i have probleme 2 days ago. I was talking on the phone and then lost connection. Look in to screen and see than was icon: no simcard.
I reboot phone, and try to activate simcard, turn on and on airplane mode. Nothing happen.

I go to menu -> about -> Firmware version of the communication module: Unknown

Then i reset telephone to factory. And it start work, and sim card work. Every thing is good.
I thought it was a one-time problem.

I Set up the phone again, I input all my data and installed applications.

BUT today i have same problem. All as before. No simcards, no modules.

!!! I can not every 2 days reset the phone to factory settings. How to solve this big problem?

The only thing I can suggest is to remove the sim tray and check for obstruction possibly a quick blow to remove any possible lint.  Next stage would be to test if you get a reboot remove your micros card and try again,.  If no reboot it may be your sd card.
What version ROM are you on?  20160616 I believe is the latest,  you could try and update via settings OTA update.  Let us know how it goes

ROM is 20160616. I have only one simcard and no sd card. Reboot not help. Sim track remove and reboot don`t help - android didn`t see communication module. Help only reset on factory default.

Hmm, so bad. I bought 2 pieces of UMI SUPER, I got it 5 days ago. On both of them I lost IMEI after various situations, but every time after restart. It happend 3 times on one and 2 times on second phone. Last time was clear system with last OTA 0616. Phone had minimum batery and switch off. I put it on charger and charging. Phone is stil off. When was battery 100% I switch on. Voala, no SIM detected, no IMEI. When I try engeneering mode for repair I have no  "CDS Information" in menu "Connectivity". All other cases is similar. Only one thing help me - factory reset. When I do factory reset - IMEI are back and all is fine. But it is no possible to use phone this way - every two days factory reset UMI please do somethin it is no normal. Once more two pieces of UMI SUPER same situation. (  Unbelievable.
