Hi,
Nothing happen when i press the power button, not even the screen getting brighter.
I can't tell you if it's hardware or software, I'm stuck with my non-working phone.
Umi support did a great job to pressure a little the seller (efox shop) so i finaly received an answer to several emails but nothing has been done yet.

After seen it, they told me to plug it with another charger (done several times, unsucceful) or to try with another battery !! Replacing battery of a UMI Super !!! Very bright idea !!
Now they're asking me to try to make a copy of important stuff on my phone and doing a hard reset. I think they don't get the point that my phone won't switch on anymore !
Now I've got 2 choices :
1) Send back the broken device. If they find it's my fault, they will repair it at my cost. If it's due to malfunction, they'll send me a new one. But they precise that it could take at least 2 months !
2) If i don't want to wait so much time, I can choose to keep the broken device and get a discount for buying a new UMI Super at their shop or getting a used equivalent phone for a very lower price
So I asked them how much discount and which used equivalent phone !
They told me the discount depends of which price phone i want ! I checked on the website, there's only 2 prices but they're unable to give the numbers.
For the used equivalent phone, they served me this : "Any equivalent phone we have in stock, they could be any model in good condition but with very lower price"

I'm trying to be confident and optimistic, it will be one month the next 15th that my UMI Super is not working !
