Factory reset from recovery

Hello,
My touchscreen is broken and tactile doesn't work.
I want to do a factory reset and erase all my data from recovery but it's in chinese (and I'm french, sorry ).
Which lines I need to do it?

Dear Olivier,

What you loaded is the factory mode, not the recovery. You can boot into recovery by powering on your phone while pressing down the volume-up (not down) button. That will call the bootloader and there you can scroll in the list with the vol-up button and select recovery with the vol.down button. Anyway choosing the line with 'eMMC' in factory mode will do a factory data reset.

I already did it but I can't check, I was not sure eMMC is sufficient.
