My UMI SUPER have a black screen after to unlock with fingerprint sensor

Hello,
I have one problem with my phone UMI SUPER.

In this morning I'm tryng to unlock my phone with my finger print normaly as every days and the phone turn to the black screen.

I try to hold more than 10sec power button, but nothing happen. I have only black screen.

If I hold for more than 10sec I think the phone reboots, but I have always the black screen.

I think the phone is waiting in the SIM card pin waiting screen, but with black screen it's impossible to enter anything.

What should I do?

I can't use UMI ROOTJOY because I have black screen.. and to use rootjoy, I need to check USBdebug option.. but with my black screen it's not possible.

Dear mickaoliveira,

Rootjoy cannot what to do with your UMI Super but you can reflash its software with SP Flash Tool.

If you can't turn off your phone, try to follow the instructions under the green title.

Can you see your LED notification light on your phone?
If you can see the LED notification, you should press the power button for more than 8 seconds until the LED light disappear, that means the phone has been powered off. Then you can press the power button again to power on your phone normally.

Yes yesterday I tried to flsh like a like you show me with the SP flash tool, but when the process is finished, The screen don't work. After the 1st and last black screen, the phone as never work normaly (normal screen)

Yes I can see the led notificatio light in the phone when the phone is started.

I tryed to turn off the phone with 8 sec press power button and ok it turn off.

now I press the power button, and after 15 sec the led notification appears by inttermittent.

But the screen is black with a blackground lightning.

Dear mickaoliveira,

According to your information and video, this case seems to be a connection error of the LCD panel. The installed Android system runs properly but the screen doesn't work. That's probably enough to just simply disconnect and reconnect the motherboard connector of the screen but of course, that needs your phone to be disassembled. To keep your warranty, I suggest you to contact your reseller about this case. For a smoother conversation, you may refer to this forum thread here.

Maybe disconnected, but how the ribon can disconnect from lcd???

And why I have an background light?
