Edited by Mkaye at 2016-5-4 05:34 \n\nHello during  a call  my conversational partner sometime  hears loud disturbing noises .I also tried this in a whats app call with the  same result .
After  that I also recorded the call witch my  conversational partner and I also heard the  disturbing noise.
The next day  the  disturbing noises were missing although i phoned an hour,  but today I got the same Problem . I restarted The phone and the disturbing noises were  disapeared again and i could phone  20 minutes without any problems .

Is this a hadware or software Problem? What can I do against the  disturbing noises?

Dear Mkaye,

This one is definitely not a software issue but to discover the reason, your phone should be disassembled. Maybe the insulator rubber ring is just missing from the microphone or the mic itself is badly positioned. Also can be some wiring problem. So the solution from your side can be to return your phone to your reseller (in a warranty) or to take it to a repair shop.

Regards,
Bence

Dear,
Can you try to power off your phone, then take out the SIM card and disassembly the back case of Umi Touch ot check whether the MIC in your phone is skew as the following picture?
If you adjust the MIC in the right position, that could be OK.
Don't forget power off your phone then take out the SIM card tray before you do it.

Hi
your solution is right
I opened the back cover and I saw the MIC was not properly positionned
so I put it back in the right position
I ran several tests with different people by phone and the result is correct
This shows up a QC issue at UMI plant
thanks for your advice
Alain
