Hi everybody,

I'm having my Umi Touch now for 2 weeks and I have a problem, when people call me they hear an echo, for me, I don't have any problems. But for the people who call me...., anoying. Does anybody know a solution? Thanks in advance,

Yes eveyrthing is normal, I thought that it had to do with the quality of the signal receiving.., I have an other phone Iocean Rock, with better receiving of my 4G signal. In umi touch this is not so good, just 1 stripe. Although the 4g automaticly goes to 3G when a call is made.

Can you try to record your voice, then listen to your voice to check whether the echo exist?

could be a problem of the mic for the noise reduction? (if it have it)

mainly those people call they here there voice 2 time .. not me

I test and call from other mobile to my umi mobile and i also hear my voice 2 time .. but the guy talking me from my umi say he didnt listen 2 time .. and i also didnt get his voice 2 time .. just his voice one time .. but my voice 2 time .. i think its software problem ????

Also i try with wharsapp ... same problem.

That can happen if the microphone pics up the sound of the earpiece speaker or if the positive wire of the mic is shorted. Definitely not a software issue. Please reduce the speaker volume while in call and check if the echo sound also reduces or gets disappeared. The mic/speaker wires and positions should be checked inside the phone.
