also is there a way to have some kind of progressive volume for the calls and overall for the Alarm (I mean beside to have additional applications or some hard-fading in in the .mp3 files) ? In the morning when I have to wake up it's quite scary sometimes

Well at the moment, for not waking up jumping from the bed I am using Alarm Clock application and it's enough for the moment

So I guess I don't need anything else
