UMI IRON BROKEN GLASS DIGITIZER TOUCH ,CANT FIND PARTS?

Hi, to all  PLEASE Yesterday my UMI iron Drops from 40cm and the touch screen glass broken , i ask from reseller parts he said,out of stock ,
ask UMI support for a part he said ask for reseller or try to find somewhere , but i cant find in any site or store.
mY OPINION is That is it a same and very unfair from a company to sell phones without suppport,or Parts...my phone is New but is gor the garbage with out a digitizer glass.
i cant use it...
PLEASE if anyone knows where can i find a part replacement ,for my UMI IRON, it will help me alot...
