UMI Touch Broken Speaker ?

Hello.
I bought UMI about 4 days ago, at the beginning everything was ok . During the talks with someone from the speaker was mined strange sounds ( wheezing ) , however, they could talk , but after some time the general stopped hearing the sound signal and no one heard when I called . When you switch on the speaker 's all I hear , but what does it make sense to talk to someone in a public place on the speaker that everybody can hear me ?? . I would like to get some information on your return . A pity because the phone was going to be really good.

Is this a occassional problem or it can't work since you received it? Did you have try to restore a factory setting?

Yes , I did a factory reset and the problem persists . I have observed that you can not hear me through the speaker . The problem is not occasional , it comes at a time when someone calls me or I to someone , do not hear anything from the speaker . Please give me a contact to return and give me foaming , because I will not wait another three weeks for your phone

You sould contact the reseller which you purchased your phone, then apply for warranty or refund.
