Edited by gilianmartins at 2016-4-15 19:46 \n\nHello!

I recieved my Touch yesterday.
I made the update, I installed my apps but there's two things :

1. The phone takes so long to be charged, and when I unplug it, it drains so fast! And it's worst if it's locked and if I don't use it! I unpluged it ten minutes ago, there's nothing activated, it's at 92%!!
2. The WiFi is contantly cutting, even if I'm near my box. Well, it's turning on and off by itself and I can't turn it off.

I hope that you can help me...
Thank you.

Dear,
At the first 3 times charging, you should run out of all your battery power then charge your phone fully for 3 cycles.
Have you updated the newest FOTA on your phone? The newest version is V3.03-20160409
Please follow the below steps:
Setting -> About phone - > Wireless update - > Check for updates - > Update -> Done

Hello, as I said before, I made the update.
So if I understand correctly, I need to empty the battery three times?

Hi,

Maybe try to do a factory reset after update to the last FOTA. I think it helped to me, first y had the wifi in the top of the list of battery drain, and now I have the screen (as it must be, I think).

About the wifi... it's not the fastest wifi I've ever seen but I haven't got problems (maybe a bit slow connecting to the router)

I already did 3 resets...
And I have the screen on the top of the list.

If your issues still persist, I recommend you to install the latest update with SP Flash Tool, choosing the 'Frimware Upgrade' method.

By that way you can apply a perfectly clean install of the latest firmware, without keeping any data, that your phone stored before.
