You can update a FOTA as Bencebacsi said, the current version is V3.02-20160402, we will release a new FOTA soon, oue engineers are testing it, we will optimize the camera continuously.
For the fingerprint, I suggest you to record more groups fingerprint on your phone, the fingerprint could be more sensitive
I suggest you to give some charging cycles to the battery before testing. If a fully charged 4000mAh battery were be exhausted in an hour, that would happen together with an extreme heat dissipation as a sign of a serious hardware malfunction. If your phone loses its full power in an hour but without getting hot, then its battery just wasn't charged up properly.

At the first 3 times, you should run out of all your battery power then charge your phone fully for 3 cycles, the battery power display is likely inaccurate when you received your phone.
