UMI ROME Unuseable, Awful, Inaccurate Touch Screen

My UMI Rome has very awful touch screen, really unuseable, inaccurate for typing, gaming or anything else that needs to touch the screen. I really cannot type right words, because the letters always jumped to other place, not pressed right on where i typed. The awful touches area especially on the middle to down area of the screen.

This might caused by UMI Rome has only 2 fingers capacitive touch screen and very worst and cheap digitizer.

I've tried to fix this error by following all sugestion from the UMI Forum, such as using screen calibration, MTK Engineer Mode, upgrading to ROM 3.0.3, SGS Screen Booster and other available solution provided, but nothin helped.

Actually, the problem of this phone not just this. First time it came, it has blank screen after using for 1 day. it won't shown up anything! just black! The solution fixed after upgraded to ROM 3.0.3.

Thats not all.

The GPS is awful, sometimes wanna locked, many times, not.

Camera has some artifacts, sometimes it shown scratches on the screen.

Wifi disconnected automatically many times.

Battery drops from 100% to 0% after 3 hours active chatting on WhatsApp and BBM.

OMG, UMI Rome is the most worst and unuseful phone i ever bought, now i'm DEMANDING REFUND to UMI, i want my money back.

Please, how do i asking for money back? i was bought from pandawill

Dear, you should contact the reseeller which you purchased your UMI ROME, then apply for warranty or refund.

Where did you get the 3.04 ROM and is there any changelog with fixed compared to 3.03 ROM?

The v3.04 version has not been officially released yet. An unstable test version is leaked and provided on needrom. I don't recommend to install it.

Are there also plans for the UMI Rome to release an Windows 10 build as the hardware is almost similar as the Umi Touch ?

i have contact Pandawill for warranty, but it may took longer time for me to get my phone back, because the shipment could took 1 month from here to China and vise versa.

Something weird, 2 times my phone work fine, but just for a while. One time when it was charged but juast for a while. One time when i delete clock wigdet from home. i thought it might me a software bugs.
maybe you know something?

Btw, i downloaded 3.04 ROM from needrom, flashed it through SP Flash Tool.
