Hello,
after the last firmware upgrade the call volume is very low! Not if I turn on the speakerphone neither with earphone, but I mean the volume from the ear capsule.
Is there any hidden parameter to set to get again a normal volume?

I have same issue. It is annoying. After update, It is is hard to hear someone while talking on the phone.

Can't start my own thread...
I just got this phone from Amazon in Canada. It's on firmware version UMIDIGI_F1_v1.0_20190724_20190904-1638.
I'm not too pleased with the call volume. I have it turned all the way up. Is there a newer firmware that fixes the volume or is there a trick to making it louder?
Also, will Umidigi be pushing out an Android 10 update?

Just got a Power 3...Call volume is certainly louder than the F!.

The ear capsule didn't work properly for me either. I opened the phone and carefully bent the contacts on the ear capsule. now it works fine.
