Don't worry, you (or the person who sent/handed over the phone to you) just probably flashed a twrp backup or a custom ROM over a freshly flashed stock ROM without booting up that stock ROM at least once. This situation produced an unformatted cache partition, so that doesn't exist in fact.
That's probably enough to flash only the cache partition with SP Flash Tool or if that doesn't help (less probable), then all the cache, system and data partitions together. After the flashing process finished, don't forget to reboot your phone into Android without doing any further steps. That's very inportant, let your phone completely boot up after flashing. A Rootjoy update or a factory data reset can't build the missing cache partition, so they can't help unfortunately. Link: eMAX V05 0715 SPFT ROM
