Camera focus problem, video test, software problem prove

Hi, I do the video test record of the video with standart camera app on my UMI IRON (rom v1.8).
When I recorded video and doing photo during recording - camera focus work is perfect, but when I do photo in photo mode, distase focus is hole blur.

This proves that this is a problem firmware, not hardware.

Completely agree, wish they would fix this, sick of blurry pictures.

I confirm! I also have a very bad shots get! this will be fixed?

The video camera uses continuous focusing but the still camera doesn't, so a video recording is not a proof. Moreover, the embeded firmware of the camera is not upgradeable, so if that fails, it must be treated as a hardware defection.  And I repeat, if it were a software issue, then all users running the same firmware (ROM) version would experience the same issues. However, that's not the case.
