Problems with some games

Hello guys,

I like this phone, it works good but I find some problems with two games.
The games are Dragon Ball Z dokkan Battle and SAO Memory Defrag.
I can install games, download data and updates, but in both case I find this problem:  when I launch the game, it load the game and when it try to connect to the site, it hang up and never start the game. Only once the game Dragon Ball connected after I cleaned up the cache, but only once. Other times never.

Other games, i.e. Yu-Gi-Ho Duel Links, that connect to the site work well.

I think the problem is in some security parameters but I can't find where.

Please, could someone indicate what could be the solution for this problem?
