As far I know spare parts are provided after some time of releasing any type of product, as needs to be taken from producing line. But this is causing delay in delivering needed parts to assemble devices.
@Umidigi: I hope you take notice and react swiftly. This is the make or break part of your business. It's great to produce devices but if people feel left alone without support for problems or damages (especially in the foreign markets like US and EU) they will "return" to the companies that provide that support.

hi i have problems with my new S2 too.. my phone have broken Usb-c charging connector,, is possible to repair it? or replace it? spare parts are not available yet.. what im doing now? my phone is useless. :/
If this is manufacture defect you can contact to seller for warranty. But if you broke this then you can try match USB C connector from here and replace https://m.aliexpress.com/search.htm?keywords=Usb+C+connector#/
