Speaker quit working on Umi London

Hi:

I have a Umi London that I bought in late 2016.  The speaker has quit working.  The sound works fine through headphones.  I haven't treid bluetooth.  I had updated the ROM from the original (V3.01) to V3.02 and it was working well after that for a few months.  However, this past week, it just stopped.  I've tried flashing the ROM back to the original one and also to the one from 2016-12-24.  Neither of those appeared to fix the problem.  This makes me think this is a hardware problem.  For a while, if I wiggled the headphone in the jack, the speaker would start working, but woudl cut in and out.  Now it doesn't even do that.  

Does anyone else have this problem.  AHs anyone solved it?
