Hammer S - cannot flash

Hi,

I tried to change the file build.prop and due to mistakes on my part the file's permissions changed now the phone boot to blank screen.

How do I load driver and use adb? I tried eveything and still "adb devices" show nothing.

downloaded the ROM file using rootjoy, copied to sd card, apply update from sd card and the result is Opening update package...Installation aborted...

It is not the same issue as you see from the other thread, maybe I should not post in the other thread.

I did not flash the phone or anything, it is untouched. the only thing that changed is build.prop file.

OK found a site with the MTK driver, will test with this driver tonight.

just to clarify the phone is detected under Windows 8.1 as "MediaTek 65xxx Adnroid telephone"

still cannot use adb since the phone is not in debugging mode.

Have to wait till someone publish the ROM that I can flash from sdcard in recovery mode. Until then I cannot use the phone, which is a shame.

Finally. The ROM for the phone published yesterday did the trick.
