Unfortunately UMI phones come with a pre-installed malware called Superclean. That app installs further malwares if you don't disable it in time. You should check if Superclean is active on your phone and if you have new (unwanted) user apps installed or not. On the other hand, a factory data reset also should solve this issue, but I suggest you to disable the Superclean app even after a factory reset.

Then you probably need to flash your phone with SP Flash Tool, choosing the 'Format All + Download' option. The v1.5 is the recent stable version that's available in that format. Iron v1.5 ROM
After this process you might lose the IMEI numbers. In that case you can repair the IMEIs with SN Writer.
EDIT 12.04.2015: However, that doesn't always work automatically. If something goes wrong, I can't help you remotely to solve your issue. So, using the SP Flash Tool with the Format All option is YOUR responsibility. Everybody should make a TWRP backup before start experimenting with the phone. If you miss that procedure and just start playing with the firmware, than that's your responsibility if something goes wrong and you can't solve it.

Ok flash with sp tools the 1.7, this time also show the android app optimization but after that procedure the privacy password come again.
If i choose the format all+download can't remove the preloader option. It's ok?
Inside some rom the scatter file called only < Scatter >, can rename with MT6753_Android_scatter.txt>?

Can i copy and past the scatter file of 1.7 to 1.5?

Yes, you may leave the preloader checked since you use a stock ROM, not a user backup. Format is needed to get rid of that privacy password request. Yes, you can copy or rename the scatter file (only that), they're the same but the app identify the chipset by the scatter name. However, I downloaded now the 1.5 ROM and no problem with its scatter file.

If you flashed your phone with a stock ROM and not with one made for a completely different model, then you can flash it again, except if your battery is completely exhausted. Normally if the flashing process finishes properly, your phone cannot go bricked. That has never happened to me, not even after hundreds of flashing.
