Umi Super suddenly turn off and i can't turn it on.

I Buy Umi Super about 10 months ago. I like that phone but one day suddenly it turns off without touch it. Put it in the charger but nothing happen.
The red light ( when put it on charger) did not turn on and after many many tries the phone never turn on. I dont now what to do.
Anyone can tell me a solution?

It was on Android 7?
My after 10 months and updating to A7 the Battery inflated and died!! I blame A7!!!

I never made this update because whenever I tried to upgrade it, it never ended.

Maybe your battery died too.. seems like the life of them it's about 10 months to 1 year..!!

The battery did not show any signs of fatigue. It lasted about 2 days with normal use. I hope that the guarantee will still be valid to begin the shipping process to Coolicool. And then waiting. Do you think there will be a problem?

i dont know well..but i think you could call the warranty if it has less then 1 year..
