Umi Z earphones problem

Hello guys first of all you are great and awesome to make that phablet.I have 1 and only problem with the phone(Umi Z not pro).Everything else are working perfect.When i connect to listen music from radio station or music player the Reft ear dont work (low music) and the Right work perfect (loud music).So what it s the problem and how i can fix it??I am running Android 7.1.1 without root.Thanks again guys who made that awesomes phablet i hope Z1 pro will be the best of the best.

Check earphones in other device. If still you have problem with one side please perform factory reset. Also please change station as maybe they playing with mono not stereo.
