My Umi Plus E camera flash light isn't working , any fix?

Hello , I have problem with my camera flash light I don't know if it's software or hardware any help please?

Same issue for me.

works with Flash light but wont work with any camera app that i use. Initially when i try to focus on a dark object the flash will quickly flash for a split second, it then fails to launch when the photo is taken.

I have tried various things, Factory reset, full power drain, various camera APKs, Cache and storage cleared with no joy.

This leaves me with a broken camera .....

Any one help us out ?
