UMI eMAX problem g

Dear Friend,


I just bought online promotional product of UMI eMax, But I cannot use this phone because whan I switch on doe not move the touch screen not work & stck to one position (as attached in videoo) Also it will start clicking on its own & auto tiuch works its own. Also I cannot affoird to have such problem due to my budget & I am very much upset with this issue. I need support or solution much faster is appreciate. Even I have done the factory resetting but not.

Hi everyone, i also have a problem with my emax. I am 76 and dearly love my phone but when i was flashing a rom this problem happened. When i turn on my phone i get the blue umi logo then it turns gold and opens the main menu with install update showing. When i tap on that it takes me to 'choose zip file and then i am lost. I can backup to sd card but says W failed to mount. In restore it says checking MD5 sums...E;MD5 mismatch. I can get into recovery mode by holding down volume - but everything is in chinese. I hope someone can help me .

Dear colbar,

You can boot into recovery by powering on your phone together with the vol-up button. The vol-down button takes you to the factory mode.
Please, install the latest stock ROM with SP Flash Tool.

If you want to install custom ROMs, use the Rootjoy Windows application to download and install them.

Hi Bence, have tried power + vol+ but that just turns on my phone and i am in the main menu again. It says ROOTJOY at top left corner. Another problem is my phone does not stay connected to my pc long enough for me to do anything. Is there anything i can do in the Main Menu as that is the only thing that turns on.
