Umi Plus E problems

Umi needs to fix these.

Firstly when I turn the data on a minute later it turns off it is quite annoying.

Secondly connecting to 5g has a problem network is Telstra having nbn 5g network but only 3g works

Lastly quality is poor u can't fix this with updates due to the fact of pixels dieing  I have a couple dead pixels which is annoying.

That is it otherwise it is a good phone with the first 2 problems fixed I won't care so fix this ASAP
