Umi plus screen unresponsive

I have an umi plus and the screen has suddenly froze I've tried resetting phone and turning off but doesn't solve it.  The screen will randomly work for a couple of seconds

Try perform factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset)
If still is the same you need use SPFT and flash you system.
