¡Problem with OTA updates! [SOLVED]

I just had mu phone check for updates but it returned that my phone is up to date. Where's the long awaited nougat update? I believe they said it would be released by the end of April, it's almost the end of May... my phone has so many issues that I hope they are solved with the update, otherwise it's going back...

I know, very badly by Umidigi not to put so much effort and hard work in their products. Hopefully with Android 7 will solve all the errors.
