Open umi plus E

Hi. I know there's a thread already open on this but it would not allow me to post. I have no problems getting the two covers at the top and bottom off but I cannot get the main central slab of the back cover off. There doesn't seem to be an opening to slide into. There's a video of a teardown of the umi plus on YouTube but it doesn't show how to get this piece off very well. It looks very simple how quickly he does it. Is there adhesive strips glued under the back cover? Can anyone help? I really need to get this done. Thanks in advance.
