I got my Umi Z pro but the wall charger in the package does not work at all.
The phone is well charged by other chargers but not by the original one.
The original charger is defective.
So I wrote to the seller, Tomtop, with a video file attached showing the original charger was not functioning, and asked for a replacement original charger.
The seller noted the problem and said they would contact the supplier and send me a replacement.
But they have never sent it to me.
After months, they are telling me that the original charger is out of stock and offering me a USD5 credit for me to buy it locally.
I am telling them I do not want a credit but an original charger.
Besides no original charger or chargers supporting MTK quick charger+ is available here in Korea.
And also, the cost for similar chargers sold at other global seller is over USD15 not USD5 which Tomtop offers as a credit
So this is my question.
My original charger is defective and I want a replacement of my original charger.
Tomtop, authorized seller of Umidigi, is not solving the problem.
Is there any way that Umidigi can solve this problem?
Or who am I supposed to talk to at Umidigi?
