The UMI, unable to solve the problem, takes action as if nothing is happening and does not apologize to customers and reward them with an extra discount when buying another model. I do not like Samsung but in this case I have to acknowledge their sense of responsibility. In these cases the Chinese brands still have much to learn. Today the phones are all beautiful and similar hardware and in several brands with approximate prices and the support that is most important the UMI fails roundly. For me, they have already lost many clients, I stopped advising them there are others similar and better.
