Hi guys, i'm writing this new topic because i wasnt finding much about these two MAJOR ISSUES on the forum or elsewhere. Really disappointing by the way.
first of all the white stripes underneath the screen glass which are so annoiyng in the bright sun, and also make me feel like the phone is always dirty. others already spoke about this issue but i wanted just to emphasize the annoiance brought by it.
Secondly , the gap that has probably been formed by the growing of the battery which - only supposition- seems to be swelling. That causes the screen to be really under presssure and a bit curved.
soo i cant say it enough that this should definitely be under garanty and that umi should automatically pay the return shipping fees and send another one right away. But like always, UMI cant just do that they just say that its the resellers duty, but he wont do it either... etc...
If somebody already experienced a somewhat similar situation, could you please help me out??
Really annoied here because this is my daily driver and i need it every hour of the day.
