Can't hear audio from earpiece when taking phone calls

I can't hear audio when using phone from earpiece. I installed SoundAbout and it fixed it for me but not permanently. Now I can't hear audio but I am using the app. That means it is software problem and I would like Umi to make a patch or something or if anyone has any idea. Please help.
