Guys i have noticed one more issue with UMI Z that wifi direct does not working .
Not sending or recieving data .

I couldn't confirm your issue. Both file sharing and screen cast work properly.
Could you please describe your issue in details. What feature of Wi-Fi Direct do you try to use and which app and/or what kind of device do you try to connect?

No option of file sharing with wifi dirct in File explorer or any other explorer and also phone does not accept file when we are sending from any other device.

The File explorer is just a file explorer without wireless features. For WiFi Direct file sharing you need to install a third party app like Hifi | WiFi Direct File Share.
