Lots of problems are there UMI plus E

im so disappointed after using the product 2 days. this is not i expected from the mobile. 1st thing is i had to pay extra rs.2237.00 for customes duty in india. both the company UMI and "Banggood" knew about the customes duty charges in india. so company should provide informations regarding the extra cost. when you are doing business internationally, you supposed to know the delivery process and customes charges of destination country. i paid extra money and received the item.


now come to the product. looks of the phone is fantastic. it looks premium quality, no complain about looks. 4*for looks.
now come to the next most important factor, that is camera quality front and back both. im so upset after opening the camera app, and taking some photos and vedios. 5MP front camera is just not upto the mark at all. after taking few selfies i found that UMI has put most 3rd class front facing camera i ever seen. i thought after update it will be fine but im sorry to say it did not. even bright day light it is not capable to take minimum quality photos. i dont know its software problem or hardware problem. now a days a a $100 phone comes with good quality of front camera. and if you take photos in low light , the photos looks like it has taken by VGA camera. now come to back camera with 13MP Samsung camera (as UMI claims). after using it i can assure that it is also not up to the mart. if you take a close photo in with flash it looks nice but if you take photo in bright day light it produces bit noisy photo. but still acceptable considering price of the product. now tal about vedio quality. UMI claims UMI plus E model can take 4K vedio. but again im sorry to say its not 4K quality at all. even you can say it does not produce full HD vedios at all. even i tried taking vedio in super brighter day light, but still vedio is bit noisy. personaly i have bit knowledges on photography and camera. so i know which is good camera and which is not good at all. i must say i used xiome redme note 3. im sure its quality of camera is better than UMI plus E if you consider the price difference. 6 GB RAM is not important when other part of the device is not up to the mark. there is a lil different between xiome note 3 and UMI plus E in compared to system speed. and most of the time you dont need RAM more than 4 GB. 64 GB storage is good part of it.
now come to battery life. 4000amp battery dont produces enough power to run the device whole day or 1.5 days. loosing battery charges very quickly. what company claimed that is not right. fst charging is also bit slower than 3000amp battery.  i tested it with default settings. dont understand is this a sony battery?????
screen quality is every good. li looks good. no problems with it. finger print systen is bit slow.screen sensibility is norman.
mobile getting hited quickly with 5-6 apps opened and running.
i dont know UMI is really trying to solve those problems with sofware updates. android 7 need to update quickly or els it will not perform nicely.

There will not be updates Android 7.0, it is time to forget about it.
