Hi There,

I bought two UMI Plus and unforurtunatly non of those working with neither 4G nor LTE
They only work 3G which is disappointing. I have don't almost everything and I can't get the 4G and LTE to work.
Is there a fix for this problem?

Different mobile service provider have their own band
So if ur phone doesn't support that band, u will not have 4G or mobile service.
So contact ur provider for more information =)

The IMEIs can work and be accepted worldwide but I don't know the specific conditions (if any) in Singapore.

Based on the bands supported, it should work in Singapore. Not sure about Malaysia.
