My daughter has dropped her Plus and broken the screen. I have fitted my spare Plus screen into her phone, and this only shows vertical lines when turned-on. I have put this new screen back into my phone and it works OK. Fitting her old broken screen back into her phone works - but cracked!
Any ideas? Why doesn't my new screen work in her phone? Her phone is on Android 6, and mine is on 7 - but surely that would make no difference with the display?
