For about a month, my phone have been a nightmare.
The screen sometime is flawless and sometime the touchscreen is not responsive at all. Like I can swipe on the page but cant make the top menu to show up by swipping down and sometime the touch dont work at all to swipe picture.
Some apps open by themself ( must be the touch I make that are delayed by 1 minute + )
At this point im about to give up on this phone its useless in its current state... Help me anyone
Firstly you should contact seller for warranty.
If you want you can try flash your phone with SPFT.
Here you have SPFT updating procedure but as you mentioned touch failure please skip 6th step as you need overwrite all partitions http://community.umidigi.com/thread-11-1-1.html

If your touch will be giving inaccurated touches after this flash is mean that you need new tp drivers and you need use latest Android 6.0 firmware
