No access to virtual keyboard after actualization to Android 7

After actualization to Android 7 my phone is  blocked with Typed by Google Voice.
The Typed Google Voice has automatic option selected and it is not possible to unselect it. In this way I have no access to the virtual keyboard.

I presume that factory reset should fix this issue (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset)
